The hotel was very warm and welcoming upon our late arrival and the rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The service was fantastic, with attentive and efficient staff. The location was perfect for exploring Tenby, with lots to see and do, although parking could be challenging for larger vehicles. The dining options were varied, with a great café nearby, but there was a slight issue with the smell of mold. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was overall excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I got very little sleep due to noise. The service was absolutely delightful, with welcoming and helpful staff. The location was convenient with amenities nearby, but it felt a bit like Bates Motel. The dining experience was not worth the money, but there was an artisanal bread option available. The facilities were decent, although the rooms weren't as clean as expected.
